Qualifications

• Authorized to practice dentistry in Indiana.
• Participation in FamiliaU mentorship program and completion of regulatory training.
• Documentation of credentials and malpractice insurance; eligibility for immigration sponsorship if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dental care to patients.
• Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
• Ensure treatment plans are reviewed with each family and obtain informed consent for treatment services.
• Deliver quality dental care to every patient.
• Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations including HIPAA and OSHA.
• Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
• Foster a positive working attitude to create a pleasant work environment.
