Job summary

Smokey Point Family Dentistry in Arlington, WA is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our established family practice. You’ll contribute to a community-focused team that delivers friendly, comprehensive dental care.

Expect a broad clinical scope—from preventive care to implants and cosmetic treatments—with earning potential of $200k–$300k per year plus a $10k signing bonus. You’ll work with an experienced staff in a modern clinic, serving families and adults while maintaining high

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Washington dental license, or ability to obtain one.
• 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Available by late August.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to quality care.
• Bread-and-butter general dentistry.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality general dentistry in a patient-centered setting.
• Diagnose, treatment plan, and deliver comprehensive care across a broad scope.
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and clinical confidence.
• Collaborate with hygiene, assistant, and front office teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.

Education
