Job summary

Lincoln Peak Dental in Middlebury, Vermont, is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist to join an established practice with immediate patient demand and strong hygiene support. You’ll have clinical autonomy, modern digital tools like CEREC and in-house milling, and a competitive earning potential of 300k-400k with 35% of collections plus up to 24k in incentives; daily rate options available.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active Vermont dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong general dentistry and treatment-planning skills.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative approach to working with hygienists, assistants, and the broader clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning
• Deliver preventive, restorative, crown and bridge, and other general dentistry procedures within your experience and clinical interests
• Utilize digital scanning, CEREC, in-house milling, lasers, and other technology to support efficient treatment
• Build lasting relationships with an established patient population
• Collaborate closely with the hygiene team to identify and address patients' comprehensive oral health needs
• Coordinate cases with specialists throughout the Affinity clinical network when appropriate
• Maintain high standards of clinical quality, documentation, and patient experience
