i4 Dental Lab is seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team. This role offers direct access to an experienced dental laboratory, supporting your clinical growth while delivering comprehensive care to patients.

You will perform exams, diagnoses, and treatments, collaborate with lab technicians, educate patients, and maintain records in a regulatory-compliant setting. A pathway for ongoing professional development is emphasized.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree required.
• Active and unrestricted dental license in the state of Arizona.
• Experience in general and restorative care; new grads with strong clinical training are welcome.
• Strong understanding of dental anatomy and restorative principles.
• Comfort working with digital workflows and lab coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver general and restorative procedures (fillings, crowns, bridges, etc.).
• Collaborate with laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic standards.
• Provide patient education on treatment options and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records per clinical and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with front office for smooth patient flow and scheduling.
