Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active and unrestricted Florida dental license.
• Experience in general and restorative dentistry; new graduates welcome.
• Strong clinical knowledge in restorative principles and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Deliver general and restorative procedures including fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and root canals.
• Collaborate with the dental laboratory team to ensure restorations meet clinical and aesthetic requirements.
• Review case details, digital scans, and impressions to communicate clear specifications to laboratory technicians.
• Educate patients on treatment options, oral health, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and billing/insurance information.
• Coordinate with front office and clinical staff for smooth patient flow and scheduling.
• Stay current on dental techniques, materials, and best practices.
• Mentor and support junior dentists and team members.
