You’ll work directly with patients whose needs include exams, restorations, endodontics, and oral surgery. We offer a direct payment model, flexible participation with no mandatory requirements, and dedicated credentialing, scheduling support,

• Active state dental license in good standing.
• NPI number issued and active.
• CPR certification.
• Malpractice insurance coverage.
