Job summary

DOCS Health seeks General Dentists to provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members, right in your own office. Through a partnership with QTC and the DHA, patients are pre-identified based on needs including exams, restorations, endodontics, and oral surgery, with scheduling support and direct payment to providers.

Requirements include your own office location, license copy, NPI, CPR certification, and COI.

Qualifications

• Own office location is required at time of application.
• Copy of professional license is required.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) must be provided.
• Copy of CPR certification is required.
• Copy of Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members in your own office.
• Coordinate with DOCS Health and DHA to serve Service Members and their dental needs.
• Assist with scheduling and participate in credentialing and onboarding processes.
