DOCS Health is seeking General Dentists to partner with our program and provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members at your own office in the United States. Through our partnership with QTC and the Defense Health Agency, we refer 100,000+ service members annually to local practices, with patients pre-identified for exams, restorations, endodontics and oral surgery.

Qualifications

• Need own office location

• Copy of CPR certification
• Copy of Certificate of Insurance (COI)

Responsibilities

• Provide essential dental care to Reserve Service Members at your own practice.
• Coordinate with DOCS Health and QTC/Leidos for patient referrals and scheduling.
• Maintain credentialing standards and documentation as required.
