Job summary

West Coast Dental is seeking a General Dentist focused on Pediatrics in Rialto, CA to join our team. This contractor role offers a strong base with potential for high commissions and a $5,000 signing bonus.

You will provide general, pediatric, and orthodontic services, work with a diverse patient base, and enjoy modern facilities with comprehensive support, including back-office and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree credential is required.
• Active California State Dental Board license.
• Nitrous Sedation Certification required.
• Active Malpractice Insurance.
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required.
• Oral Conscious Sedation Certification preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience.
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another.
• Understanding PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits.
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients regarding their dental treatment.
