West Coast Dental is seeking a GP Endo to perform root canal procedures across our offices in Southern California. You will join a supportive team focused on delivering excellent patient care and a positive experience.

We value specialists who communicate clearly about plan benefits and work well with staff. Full-time or part-time roles available, with strong clinical and administrative backing.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree and board-certified endodontist credentials.
• Active license to practice in California.
• Malpractice insurance and DEA credentials required.
• CPR and NPI documentation up to date.

Responsibilities

• Provide root canal procedures with a focus on patient experience.
• Collaborate with an office team to deliver high-quality care.
• Explain PPO/HMO plan details to patients to maximize benefits.
• Address patient concerns with empathy and clarity.

Your Qualifications

• DDS/DMD degree
• Endodontic Certificate from a university accredited by the California Dental Board
• Active California State Dental Board license
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• DEA, CPR and NPI are required

Your Responsibilities Include

• Great interaction with patients to promote trust and the optimal patient experience
• Collaborating with an entire office team to promote trust, connection and relationship with patients and one-another
• Understanding how PPO, HMO, and other dental plans work to optimize patient benefits
• Proactively addressing patient concerns and providing insight and comfort to patients with regard to their dental treatment
