Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Jersey dental license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Appropriate New Jersey CDS and DEA registrations as required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience required.
• Strong diagnostic and comprehensive treatment-planning abilities.
• Ability to independently provide high-quality general and restorative dentistry.
• Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
• Provide preventive, restorative, and comprehensive general dentistry.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Clearly communicate diagnoses and treatment recommendations.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and long-term oral health.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, specialists, and administrative team members.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
