Job summary

The Racing Industry Charitable Foundation, Inc. seeks a qualified General Dentist to deliver preventive and corrective dental care in a comfortable clinical environment, mainly serving adult patients.

This nonprofit supports the wellness of a specialized agricultural workforce. The dentist will perform exams, radiographs, restorations, extractions, dentures, crowns and bridges, while collaborating with specialists as needed and educating patients on oral health.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD (Doctor of Dental Surgery/Doctor of Dental Medicine) from an ADA-accredited dental school is required.
• Board Certification and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.
• Current state license (Illinois).
• Experience in clinical or private practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct examinations to assess dental health and screen for gum disease, cavities, and infection.
• Diagnose and treat dental problems including extractions and restorations.
• Provide dental treatments such as X-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, crowns and bridges.
• Consult with dental specialists when needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene.
