Qualifications

• 2 years of licensed dental experience for internal candidates.
• 3 years of licensed dental experience for external candidates.
• Previous experience working with a Community Public Health Center or emergency experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in an independent practice, prior dental leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative and specialty dental care including restorative, oral surgery, fixed prosthetics, and walk-in care under one roof.
• Option to provide walk-in care support.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team to deliver high-quality oral health services and shape patient experience.
• Support program development and contribute to the growth of the Belfast practice.
