Risas Dental and Braces is seeking a General Dentist in San Antonio, TX. You’ll provide high-quality care with clinical autonomy and opportunities for leadership within a collaborative team.

We offer a generous compensation range ($300,000 - $550,000+) with comprehensive benefits, mentorship, malpractice and life insurance, and the chance to see 50-70 new patients each month on a 3-day work week with two Saturdays per month.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Excellence: Provide top-notch dental care including fillings, extractions, root canals, and other general procedures.
• Leadership: Manage office operations and collaborate with fellow doctors to ensure smooth office management and patient satisfaction.
• Team Management: Lead and mentor teammates, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
