United Dental Corporation is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join On Pointe Dentistry in North Phoenix. This role offers clinical autonomy with a broad scope of dentistry and a strong support team to build a substantial patient base.

The position features a twelve-month compensation guarantee, a 30+ hour work week, and a mix of PPO/FFS patient care with 30% of collections plus ramp-up guarantee.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school and an active AZ dental license.
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain) is required.
• Strong diagnosis and treatment planning skills with high patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive diagnostic and treatment planning with clinical autonomy.
• Educate patients and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Perform dentistry within scope of training with a strong patient-centered approach.
• Collaborate with a supportive practice team to grow patient base.
