Job summary

Altius Dental in Alamogordo, New Mexico seeks a compassionate General Dentist to join our established PPO practice. This role offers clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and opportunities for professional growth in a supportive team.

We provide a competitive monthly guarantee of $20,000–$23,000 depending on experience, plus 30%–32% of adjusted production, a PPO patient base, sign-on/relocation assistance, and generous CE and malpractice coverage. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active New Mexico dental license or eligibility to obtain one.
• DEA license, or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental conditions.
• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including examinations, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, dentures, and other restorative procedures.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
• Educate patients regarding their oral health and treatment options.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Work collaboratively with hygienists, dental assistants, and office leadership.
• Follow all applicable clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver an excellent patient experience while maintaining high-quality care.
