Qualifications

• DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active Connecticut dental license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Excellent communication and chairside manner.
• Team-oriented mindset with commitment to patient experience and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, endodontic, and preventive procedures
• Diagnose and develop treatment plans that align with patient needs and goals
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of ethics and care
• Participate in continuing education and practice growth initiatives
