United Dental Corporation (UDC) is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join Raio Dental in Medford, Long Island. You will provide comprehensive dentistry with autonomy while benefiting from UDC’s support for scheduling, credentialing, and operations.

The role offers a 33% of adjusted net production compensation plus a ramp-up guarantee of $800–$1,000 per day for the first 4–6 months, with a five-day work week and PPO/FFS patient mix.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active New York Dental License.
• Active DEA Registration required.
• Strong communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to high-quality patient care.
• Comprehensive treatment‑planning skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive General Dentistry with clinical autonomy and patient care.
• Take ownership of diagnosis and treatment planning based on clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with the dental team for scheduling, coordination, and patient care.
• Grow production and maintain strong patient relationships within Raio Dental Medford.
