Independence Dental Services in Colonial Heights, VA, is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join our thriving private practice. This role offers high earning potential through a production-based compensation model and a 33% net collections arrangement, with a Monday–Friday schedule and robust CE opportunities.

You will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a skilled team in a modern, tech-driven office.

Competenze

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Experience with Eaglesoft practice management software preferred.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and treatment planning abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Collaborative, positive, and patient-focused approach.
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based dentistry and exceptional patient care.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive examinations and diagnose oral health conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patients clinical needs and goals
• Deliver high-quality restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental care
• Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, root canal therapy, and other general dental procedures
• Educate patients on treatment options, oral hygiene, and preventive care
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to provide an exceptional patient experience
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards
• Continuously pursue excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes
