Job summary

Monarch Dental - Arlington/North Collins, supported by Smile Brands, is seeking a DDS/DMD dentist to lead patient care with clinical autonomy. You'll build patient relationships, conduct exams, communicate treatment plans, and empower your team while adhering to ethical and legal standards.

The role offers compensation between $200,000 and $400,000 per year, includes malpractice insurance and benefits; sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.
• Active state dental license, CPR Certification, and DEA License (or in process of obtaining).
• Controlled Substance License (if required by the state).
• Legally authorized to work in the US. Sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
