The role offers a daily guarantee plus a percentage of adjusted production, plus annual CE allowance and comprehensive malpractice coverage, license reimbursement, and relocation assistance.
Qualifications
- DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
- Active Arizona Dental License.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Willing to obtain a Real ID for base access.
- Background, urinalysis, vaccinations, and medical testing may be required.
