Blue Jay Dental is recruiting a general dentist for an established, dentist-led group serving Albertville and Big Lake, Minnesota. This position combines an existing patient base with experienced colleagues who can help you grow.
Starting annual compensation: $160,000-$210,000, with additional incentive opportunities. A comprehensive benefits package is offered; plan details will be discussed during the hiring process.
You will have access to experienced dentist mentors, continuing education, and clinical and administrative support. Modern equipment and an established patient base support your day-to-day work. Longer-term paths may include leadership and ownership opportunities.
Examine patients, evaluate findings, and develop treatment plans suited to their needs.
Provide general dental care and explain treatment choices and preventive habits clearly.
Coordinate care with hygienists, assistants, specialists, and office colleagues.
Keep complete clinical records and help patients feel informed and comfortable throughout treatment.
This role includes in-person care in both Albertville and Big Lake. Monday: 7 a.m.-2 p.m. in Big Lake; Tuesday: 7 a.m.-2 p.m. in Albertville; Wednesday: 2-8 p.m. in Albertville; Thursday: 2-8 p.m. in Big Lake. Friday in Big Lake follows one of these shifts: 7 a.m.-2 p.m., 7 a.m.-4 p.m., or 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Confirm the Friday rotation during the interview.
