Job summary

42 North Dental is seeking a General Dentist for a full-time position in Saginaw, MI. The role covers the complete patient experience from exam to treatment, with in-office specialties including periodontics, endodontics, oral surgery, and orthodontics.

Expect 1–3 days per week, 8AM–5PM, with a daily guarantee or a 36% collections-based earning potential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401K, and CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an ADA CODA-accredited program.
• Active state dental license is required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination.
• Proof of malpractice insurance.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Promote oral health and disease prevention.
• Diagnose oral diseases.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Create treatment plans to maintain or restore oral health.
• Review treatment plan options with patients.
• Maintain and update patients' medical and dental records.
• Review and interpret x-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Monitor growth and development of teeth and jaws.
• Provide restorative and preventive dental care.
• Perform surgical procedures on teeth, bone and soft tissues.
• Maintain highest quality and ethics in patient care.
• Keep up with new developments and continuing education.

Education

DMD or DDS degree

Current state license to practice dentistry

Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification
