Job summary

Montgomery Smiles is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join a modern, well-established practice in Montgomery, AL. Enjoy a minimum guaranteed salary of $200,000/year with unlimited earning potential based on collections, plus a $25,000 signing bonus.

Join a team led by Dr. Michael LeGrand, with mentorship, state-of-the-art technology (iTero, 3D imaging), and a clear Doctor Development Plan guiding a path to partnership. PPO/FFS base, no Medicaid, and a supportive, family-focused culture.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program.
• Active State Dental License & DEA License.
• Competency in comprehensive dentistry including: Restorative, Extractions, Crown & Bridge, Endodontics (Root Canals), iTero scanning.
• Implant placement experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills & a collaborative spirit.
