Smilepoint Dental Group is seeking a General Dentist to join a rapidly expanding practice in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will have a strong patient flow, autonomy in treatment planning, and a platform for accelerated growth in a family‑like environment.

Compensation is highly competitive with a salary range of $200,000 to $350,000 per year, daily minimum guarantees up to $1,500, and production‑based upside up to $35,000 per month, plus comprehensive benefits and immigration sponsorship.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Accredited Dental degree (DDS, DMD).
• We are looking for Doctors with strong work ethic, an outgoing & personable chair-side manner, and the desire to continually learn and become better in Dentistry.

COMPENSATION:

• Salary: $200,000 to $350,000/year.
• Up to $1,500 Daily Minimum Guarantee depending on experience.
• Production-based Compensation with a potential to make up to $35,000/month.
• Production is not adjusted for any Insurance Adjustments. Our Doctors get compensated on Full Production.
