Northwest Michigan Health Services, Inc. seeks a Dentist to join our Shelby dental team in Oceana County.

The Dentist provides patient-centered care, preventive services, diagnosis, treatment, and education to support long-term oral health, including uninsured and underserved populations. Qualifications

• DDS or DMD required.
• Active DEA license required.
• 2+ years dentistry experience preferred (not required).
• Experience in community health preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose dental diseases and create appropriate treatment plans
• Perform fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, extractions, and dentures
• Deliver anesthesia and supervise nitrous oxide use as needed
• Educate patients on treatment plans and oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with medical and behavioral health providers as part of an integrated care team
• Uphold infection control, PPE standards, and clinical safety protocols
