Johnson Family Dental in Santa Maria, CA seeks a General Dentist to join an experienced team with strong patient flow and daily guarantee. You’ll provide high-quality care with autonomy and mentorship in a supportive, technology-equipped practice.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

• Lead the day with purpose – kick off each morning with a team huddle to create alignment for the day.
• Practice at the top of your license with clinical autonomy and full support.
• Build patient relationships, conduct thorough exams and communicate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Empower your team – delegate effectively to team members so you can maximize efficiency and focus on dentistry.
• Adhere to ethical and legal standards, following regulatory guidelines and ensuring patient confidentiality.

Earn up to $300,000 - $350,000 annually
