Bassett Healthcare Network is seeking a Dentist to join our staff in central New York. This role requires joining an established group of general dentists, hygienists, and an oral surgeon, with strong emphasis on communication and team-based care.

Applicants must be skilled in all aspects of general dentistry, including behavior management for children and special needs patients. Salary range is $174,736 - $189,785 with a sign-on bonus up to $100,000 and a group employed model.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Join an established group of general dentists, hygienists and oral surgeon.
• Applicants must possess outstanding communication and documentation skills, be able to function independently and as part of a team, and be competent in all aspects of general dentistry, including behavior management for children and special needs patients.
• EPIC Wisdom integrated medical-dental records, digital radiography
• Minimal evening and weekend phone call shared among network dentists
• Salary Range: $174,736 - $189,785 This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards
