Examine and Diagnose Dental Conditions: Perform comprehensive dental exams to assess the oral health of patients and diagnose dental conditions such as cavities, gum disease, and malocclusion.
Provide Preventative Care: Administer routine teeth cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants to prevent dental problems. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the importance of regular dental care.
Perform Restorative Procedures: Fill cavities, restore damaged teeth, perform extractions, and provide other restorative treatments to maintain or improve oral health.
Administer Cosmetic Treatments: Perform aesthetic procedures such as teeth whitening, veneers, and crowns to enhance the appearance of patients' smiles.
Perform Root Canals and Other Complex Procedures: Treat infections or other dental problems by performing root canals, and other necessary treatments.
Manage Patient Care: Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, explaining their options, and working together to achieve optimal dental health.
Monitor and Track Patient Progress: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments, tracking progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
Maintain High Standards of Infection Control: Ensure all equipment is sanitized and that the dental practice adheres to health and safety protocols.
Stay Current with Advances in Dentistry: Continuously update knowledge and skills by attending continuing education courses, learning new techniques, and incorporating modern technology into patient care.
Collaborate with Other Health Professionals: Work closely with dental hygienists, assistants, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
