Job summary

Western Dental Services, Inc. provides a talented dentist with an opportunity to deliver quality dental care in a collaborative and supportive practice.

You will work with our teams to diagnose and treat patients across preventative, restorative, endodontic, and surgical procedures, while collaborating with board-certified specialists when referrals are needed. The office emphasizes teamwork to ensure smooth daily operations and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Qualifying candidates must hold a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
• Active, unrestricted state dental license or in the process of obtaining a license upon graduation.
• CPR/BLS certification and DEA certification, plus an NPI number.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and evaluations to diagnose dental problems
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients
• Perform a wide range of procedures, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, and root canals
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
• Provide prescriptions for patients as needed
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including X-rays and treatment histories
• Refer patients to specialists for complex treatments
• Ensure all work is compliant with safety, OSHA, and infection control standards

Plus, we bring the Board Specialists into your office to treat patients if they are referred for such treatment. We keep patients under one dental roof while you get to work side-by-side with a Specialty Dentist.
