About Columbia Dental

At Columbia Dental, we’re redefining what it means to be a doctor in private practice. With 12 locations across Connecticut, all dental specialties under one roof, and over 25 years of trusted care, our model is built to support both outstanding patient outcomes and the professional satisfaction of our doctors.

What sets us apart?

We’re the only private practice in Connecticut with fully integrated multi‑specialty care. We operate independently, free from corporate oversight, and focus on doing what’s best for our patients and clinicians. Our cutting‑edge digital lab and extended hours ensure efficiency and convenience without compromising quality. Our advanced software network connects all locations for data sharing, making transitions seamless for both patients and providers.

We’ve introduced a new, strategic role with visa sponsorship: Integrated Practice Administrator (IPA) to ensure our doctors can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care. These IPAs have dental degrees in their home countries and possess graduate‑level degrees in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration and related fields. They are DANB Radiation Health and Safety and Infection Control certified. The IPA oversees administrative, clinical, and operational processes at each location, so doctors benefit from streamlined workflows, coordinated patient care, and reduced daily friction. The company trains them in all aspects of dental assisting and they are well acclimated with using digital x‑rays, cone beam, scanners, etc. At Columbia Dental, our commitment to excellence starts with the people we hire. We are proud to have a team of professionals with diverse educational backgrounds.

Across Our Network

28 team members have earned or are pursuing Bachelor's degrees; 15 have earned or are in the process of completing Graduate degrees; 22 have completed or are working toward Doctorate or Professional degrees. This depth of knowledge, paired with a strong understanding of clinical operations, means that as a doctor, you’ll be backed by a team that’s motivated, capable, and aligned with your commitment to patient‑centered care.

Join Columbia Dental and experience what it means to practice with purpose, surrounded by excellence, and supported at every level.
