As a fee‑for‑service practice, we accept all commercial insurances but do not participate in Medicaid. We are currently seeking an experienced part‑time/full‑time General Dentist at our Manchester, CT location. Competitive Compensation. We’ve introduced a new, strategic role with visa sponsorship: Integrated Practice Administrator (IPA) to ensure our doctors can focus on what they do best: providing exceptional care. These IPAs have dental degrees in their home countries and possess graduate‑level degrees in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business Administration and related fields. They are DANB Radiation Health and Safety and Infection Control certified. The IPA oversees administrative, clinical, and operational processes at each location, so doctors benefit from streamlined workflows, coordinated patient care, and reduced daily friction. The company trains them in all aspects of dental assisting and they are well acclimated with using digital x‑rays, cone beam, scanners, etc. At Columbia Dental, our commitment to excellence starts with the people we hire. 28 team members have earned or are pursuing Bachelor's degrees; 15 have earned or are in the process of completing Graduate degrees; 22 have completed or are working toward Doctorate or Professional degrees.
