Job summary

Premier Care Dental Management is seeking a licensed dentist to lead clinical diagnosis and tailor treatment plans across our Hempfield and Garden Spot practices, delivering exceptional patient experiences.

You will oversee clinical operations, collaborate with Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize practice performance, and mentor associates. A DMD or DDS degree and active license are required, with 1–2 years of post-residency experience preferred or new grads considered.

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university with an active state license in good standing.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred; some positions open to new grads.

HIRING SCHEDULE:

• Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm (Hempfield)
• Tuesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (Hempfield)
• Wednesday: 8:00am-5:00pm (Garden Spot)
• Thursday: 7:00am-5:00pm (Garden Spot)
• Friday: 8:00am-1:00pm (Rotating - Garden Spot)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
• Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
• At least 1-2 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
• Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
• Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
