Job summary

Lubbock Central in Lubbock, TX seeks a General Dentist to join our patient-focused dental team. This full-time role offers clinical autonomy with strong administrative support and immediate inclusion in our Employee Stock Ownership Program.

We provide an income guarantee for the first year, earnings based on 30%-32% of net collections, and a $35,000 sign-on bonus, plus company-paid professional liability insurance, license, and DEA, along with immigration sponsorship assistance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school; or currently attending to obtain DDS/DMD.
• Current, valid dental license to practice in the state or ability to obtain.
• DEA certification and CPR/BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
