Job summary

Shoreline Dental Associates in Guilford, CT is seeking a dentist to lead clinical diagnosis and treatment, with flexible hours (full-time Monday-Thursday or part-time (2 days minimum)). The role offers generous compensation, malpractice coverage for full-time providers, and in-house CE opportunities.

Qualifications

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, active state license in good standing.
• 2–3 years of clinical experience post-residency preferred; new grads considered for select roles.

• Motivated by financial success and growth of the practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clinical Leadership: Spearhead clinical diagnosis and patient treatment, striving to deliver optimal dental care and an unparalleled patient experience.
• Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate as needed with non-clinical teams, including Talent, Finance, HR, and IT to optimize the overall operation of the dental practice.
• Patient-Centric Approach: Foster an environment where patients eagerly anticipate dental visits by prioritizing their needs and enhancing their overall experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited university, accompanied by an active state license in good standing.
• At least 2-3 years of Clinical Experience post-residency, preferred. Select positions open to new grads!
• Passionate commitment to patient care and unwavering ethical standards.
• Keen interest in further training, coaching, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Motivated by both financial success and the continuous growth of the practice.
