We are seeking a skilled dentist to assist our clients in achieving optimum oral health at our busy practice. The ideal applicant should have the experience, current licensure in good standing, caring bedside manner, and effective communication skills. Responsibilities

• Ensure all work is compliant with infection and infectious diseases control standards; office policies and procedures; and safety, OSHA, and MSDS guidelines.
• Oversee associate dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff, and communicate with support staff regarding patient care plans.
• Seek consultation with dental specialists, such as pediatric dentists, orthodontists, endodontists, or periodontists when appropriate.
• Identify oral diseases and provide appropriate treatment for common dental problems including cleanings, restoration, root canals, and surgical extractions.
• Show patients how to use recommended devices for orthodontics and dental appliances, such as retainers and dentures, and educate on the importance of good oral hygiene.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted state license in good standing.
• Additional certifications required: CPR, BLS, and NPI.
• Familiarity with computers.
• Great communication skills and bedside manner are vital.
• Board Certified and/or Board Eligible in General Dentistry.

Compensation

$210,000 - $230,000+
