Ideal Dental is seeking a General Dentist to join a clinician‑led, fast‑growing practice offering ownership opportunities and a production‑based compensation model. This role emphasizes clinical autonomy with extensive CE, Invisalign, and digital dentistry tools such as iTero scanners.

Qualificações

• Clinical autonomy in dental care delivery.
• Experience with Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry is a plus.
• Comfort using digital dentistry tools like iTero scanners.

Responsabilidades

• Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations.
• Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign.
• Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors.
• Adhering to high standards of dental ethics and professionalism.
