Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
• Active Arkansas dental license in good standing or eligible.
• Strong clinical skills across general dentistry procedures.
• Excellent chairside manner and patient comfort focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry including diagnostic, preventive, restorative and cosmetic care.
• Perform exams, prophylaxis, fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions and root canals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and clearly communicate options to patients.
• Build lasting relationships with patients through trust and education.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold infection control standards.
• Collaborate with hygienists, assistants and front-office staff for a smooth patient experience.
• Stay current with continuing education and evolving techniques.

What You'll Do
