Position Summary
  • Great emphasis on treatment planning and practice philosophy based on Dental Quality Alliance and Institute of Medicine Principles of Optimal Dental Care.

  • Practicing at a comfortable pace while learning to work efficiently and effectively with a flexible schedule that allows 8 hr. and 10 hr. shifts with weekday/weekend/evening cycles.

  • The ability to be trained on Laser Dental / Soft Tissue Surgery, Practice Management, Implants, Invisalign, and more.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Work with clinical staff to provide quality patient care.
  • Follow standard dentistry procedures and comply with company policies.
  • Refer patients to appropriate specialists as needed.
  • Stay abreast with latest developments and techniques in the dental field.
  • Exude excellent interpersonal skills to maintain effective rapport with patients, other Dentists, office managers, and other staff members.
  • Performs miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD license.
  • Active CPR Certification is required.

Physical Demands and Work Environment
