Job summary

IMN Enterprises in Cedar Rapids, IA is seeking a temporary dental provider to assist with exams and emergency visits within a collaborative, energetic office culture.

The assignment runs 8/25/2026 through 9/11/2026, Tue–Thu 8am–5pm and Fri 8am–4pm. The team of 12 supports a fast-paced outpatient setting focused on patient experience and quality care. DDS or DMD from an accredited program required; there is opportunity to lead and supervise staff during the shift.

Qualifications

• Clinical knowledge to diagnose and treat oral health issues.
• Comfortable handling exams and emergencies in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Examine patients to assess oral health needs using X-rays and diagnostics.

Schedule: Tuesday - Thursday: 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4pm

What You’ll Do

• Examining patients to determine oral health needs, utilizing x-rays and other diagnostic equipment and procedures
• Provide exams and emergency dental care in an outpatient setting
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused treatment while maintaining daily workflow
• Assist with leading and supervising office team members
• Staying productive during both slower and busier teams
• Focus on patient experience and support a developing office
• Maintain accurate documentation and continuity of care

Requirements

• DDS or DMD from an accredited program
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
• Comfortable handling exams and emergency visits in a fast-paced setting
