Job summary

Pulaski County Special School District is seeking a General Custodian to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at Sylvan Hills Jr High in Sherwood, AR. Starting immediately, this full-time role supports daily custodial operations in a school setting.

The position requires physical work, experience or willingness to learn custodial tasks, and the ability to handle routine cleaning duties with attention to safety and cleanliness. Salary is hourly with benefits eligibility.

• Clean up grounds and perform the routine tasks required in the care of the grounds.
• Move office and school furniture as needed.
• Perform work at varying heights on a ladder.
• Perform some heavy lifting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORTS TO: Building Principal/Area Supervisor

JOB GOAL: To provide students with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to learn, play, and develop.

Performance Responsibilities
