Honeywell Technologies is seeking a General Counsel, Commercial for Honeywell UOP within Honeywell Process Technologies. The role provides strategic legal support for complex commercial matters and risk management, reporting to the Vice President & General Counsel for UOP.
Hybrid work schedule; collaboration with business leaders across functions to align on strategy, compliance, disputes, and strategic transactions. Requires JD and active bar membership.
As General Counsel, Commercial for Honeywell UOP within Honeywell Process Technologies, you will serve as a senior legal partner to the business, with primary responsibility for complex commercial matters and related risk management. Your expertise in contract negotiation, dispute management, compliance, and practical business counseling will help protect our interests and support our continued success.
You will report directly to the Vice President & General Counsel for UOP and partner closely with Process Technologies and UOP business leaders and functional teams. You’ll work out of one of our Honeywell hub locations on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on commercial arrangements, compliance, disputes, strategic initiatives, and other matters, helping UOP operate ethically, legally, and with integrity, allowing the company to continue its mission of creating innovative solutions that improve the quality of life for people worldwide.
