The role requires 10+ years of senior leadership in legal operations, risk, or corporate M&A, with deep contract administration, governance, and discretion in complex, multi-entity environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in legal operations, enterprise risk, insurance, employment, or corporate M&A integration
• Experience navigating complex, multi-entity organizations (private equity-backed or highly acquisitive)
• Expert knowledge of contract administration, risk transfer, and corporate governance
• Exceptional executive presence and discretion in handling confidential matters

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with outside counsel; oversee commercial contracts, disputes, governance, and entity maintenance; build scalable legal workflows
• Architect enterprise-wide asset protection programs and manage insurance renewals; integrate acquired entities into risk frameworks
• Oversee corporate physical footprint: site selection, lease negotiations, and facility planning; post-merger site consolidation
• Advise on workplace health and safety protocols; track metrics to minimize liabilities and ensure regulatory compliance
• Partner with M&A, HR, and finance to provide fast-paced advisory support to decentralized leaders
