The position requires knowledge of contracts, Illinois procurement rules, collective bargaining agreements, labor law, and experience with the full range of compliance expectations impacting public universities. The position is hybrid with required on-campus availability as needed by the senior leadership team and required attendance at the Board of Trustee meetings, as well as retreats, to ensure the Universitys compliance with board regulations and the State of Illinois Open Meetings Act. Experience with board relations is preferred.

Salary Range: \$90,000 \$95,174.88
