Qualifications

• Experience in general construction or related labor preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting 50+ lbs.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools and construction equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with framing, demolition, and site preparation tasks.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools and equipment to/from job sites.
• Support carpenters, electricians, and plumbers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site per safety regs.
• Operate basic hand and power tools as directed by supervisors.
• Follow blueprints and project plans to ensure quality workmanship.
• Perform concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing as required.
