Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, L.L.C. is seeking a General Construction Foreman to supervise a crew of 3–15 workers on active job sites in Sanford, NC. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, planning procedures, and ensuring safety compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, ability to manage crews and subcontractors, and adherence to safety protocols in a fast-paced construction environment. Physical stamina for extended standing and lifting is required.

Qualifications

• 3 years Industrial/Commercial Construction Foreman experience preferred.
• Experience managing crews and subcontractors preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Must be able to stoop, bend, and stand for extended periods.
