Discovery Magnet School in Connecticut is seeking an athletic coach for grades 6-8. You will supervise student athletes, work closely with assistant and volunteer coaches, and coordinate with the athletic director to support the program.

Responsibilities include developing schedules and camps, organizing fundraisers and awards events, overseeing budget and inventory, communicating with families and the community, and helping athletes maintain academic eligibility.

Qualificações

• Previous coaching experience preferred.
• Proven success in coaching programs.
• Knowledge of skills involved with the sport.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Have, or have the ability to obtain, CHSAA certification.
• Excellent goal setting and team building skills.
