Job summary
MasterCorp, Inc. in Orange, CA is seeking a dedicated general cleaner to maintain the cleanliness of commercial properties and uphold our company standards.
This role offers starting pay at $18.65 per hour, with both full-time and part-time positions, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental and PTO. Shift: Monday–Friday, start time after 6:00pm for a 6-hour daily schedule.

Responsibilities
- Maintain a high standard of excellence.
- Empty trash receptacles.
- Dust mop/sweep hard surface floors.
- Wet mop hard surface floors.
- Clean units including restrooms, kitchens, lobbies.
- Wipe spots and smudges from entry doors.
- Dust horizontal surfaces when left cleared.
- High dusting and cleaning windowsills/blinds.
- Report maintenance issues to Supervisor.
- Ensure a safe working environment at each site.

Responsible for consistently meeting quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of commercial properties. A general cleaner must follow company mission statement and values.

- Assist in maintaining storage closets clean and organized
- Ensure a safe working environment at each site and office
- Utilize supplies and equipment efficiently and effectively
- Utilize time wisely and efficiently

The salary range provided for this position is$7.25 - $16.13, and will be based on a variance of considerations such as skills, qualifications and experience.
This position frequently requires standing, walking, pushing, pulling, moving, lifting (up to 25 lbs), bending, reaching, occasional ascending/descending, and repetitive motions. Employee must be able to perform the
essential functions of the position satisfactorily, reasonable accommodations may be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job.
