Job summary

4M Building Solutions, LLC. in Wisconsin is seeking a General Cleaner - Floater (Evening shift). You’ll join a frontline team performing cleaning and disinfecting duties in facilities, starting at 4:30 pm and ending at 1:00 am, Monday through Friday.

This hourly position pays $19.00 and includes benefits such as medical, dental and vision coverage, paid vacation for full-time teammates, a 401(k) with employer match, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Some janitorial experience required; training provided.
• Successful drug screening and background check.
• Comply with safety guidelines.
• Reliable transportation; valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Get trained in state-of-the-art cleaning and disinfecting practices.
• Be the friendly face of 4M. Reliable. Courteous. Resourceful.
• Wipe down surfaces including countertops, fixtures, glass, mirrors, windows, countertops, and furniture.
• Replenish towels, soaps, and toilet paper rolls.
• Sweep, wet mop, and vacuum.
• Report necessary repairs, replacements, leaks and drips as you notice them.
