• Janitorial experience is preferred.

• Willingness to work irregular hours as required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize units including restrooms and kitchens.
• Empty trash, vacuum, mop floors, and dust surfaces.
• Maintain clean entryways, lobbies and common areas.
• Report maintenance issues and supply needs to supervisor.
• Uphold safety and cleanliness standards at all times.
