Job summary

Vonachen Group is seeking a General Cleaner for the 2nd shift in Wisconsin. You will perform cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning while following health and safety regulations.

The role requires reliability, good communication, and ability to work with little supervision. Benefits include full medical, vision, dental, life, 401(k) and daily pay options.

This full-time position runs Mon-Fri 4pm-12am and pays $15.50 per hour with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize areas including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping and restroom cleaning in line with health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or needed repairs.
• Monitor building security and safety by locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and trainings as assigned by the supervisor.

The General Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, providing high quality service levels, maintaining proper supply levels, adhering to company policies, and assisting to provide a safe working environment. This person must be energetic, enthusiastic, and possess great interpersonal skills to work with a diverse group of people and maintain a strong commitment to customer service.

Job responsibilities:

• Clean, including, but not limited to, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and restroom cleaning, gathering and emptying trash bins in designated building areas following all health and safety regulations.
• Stock, organize, and maintain janitor supply rooms as needed.
• Inform management immediately of any potential safety risks or hazards and/or needed repair work.
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after hours.
• Complete other duties and special trainings as assigned by the supervisor.
